Amazing Service!

I had a ticket for speeding and called the day of the violation. The receptionist was so sweet and kind. She took time to explain how they could help and possible outcomes. When I asked about other reviews online she referred me to Todd himself. He was available immediately for any questions or concerns and addressed certain inaccurate reviews. After I accepted their service they were in touch consistently via both text and email. Within a week they had already had the hearing and gotten it deferred! This was even after I had gotten a speeding ticket just 5 months prior. I was highly impressed. I definitely don’t plan on speeding again, which with the 180 day deferral should mean the charge will be dismissed!

If I ever need service in the future, I will DEFINITELY be returning. Thank you Claudia and Todd for making the process so easy! I have enough going on that I have to deal with it so it was a blessing to get to hand off one thing and know it could get done effectively and efficiently. Many thanks again.

I would like to thank you and your office for the support that you provided our niece (Jessica D.). Claudia Perez was very informative, helpful and very diligent with following up and providing feedback on the progress of my niece's situation.
I contacted your office on Monday Feb 26th, 2018 at 7:00 pm and paid for 6 warrants to be lifted for my niece. By the end of the week all were lifted but one, and that one was lifted Wednesday March 7th the following week. In all, the brick wall that has been holding my niece back was lifted in 8 business days!! Your team is fantastic!!
We were very surprised and most certainly pleased at the speed and efficiency to which your team was able to find a resolution to her legal issues. She still may have a few hurdles to get her life back in order… but you helped us with this major obstacle. Now that she can get her ID she has already opened a checking account and applied for a library card which may not seem significant, however her three children truly appreciate their mother getting her independence back.
Kudos to your staff as they were nothing short of professional, courteous and above all helpful. They took the time to hear, understand, and provide a solution to our dilemma. And as I stated above with a quick turnaround that would have taken us months if not years to resolve.
Unfortunately, we do not live in the Dallas area, but I have no hesitation when it comes to referring your office to anyone in your area.
