Oversize and overweight case dismissal.

Todd has been fighting this case for 6 years. Overweight ticket was for $7,000 in west Texas. Initial reduction by first court appearance was to pay $5,000. Todd kept good communication throughout the process and provided all options and possible outcomes. They finally got it dismissed with zero to pay.
